Sometimes you may need to allow selected customers SSH access
to your server. Such authorized users can run shell scripts,
and have other extensive privileges.
Please be careful with choosing who can be given SSH access
permission to reduce the risk of system functionality and security problems.
To view the list of shell access requests from your customers:
- Select Shell Requests Manager in the INFO menu:

- In the Action section, click Allow to enable
or Prohibit to deny shell access.
- At the top of the Shell Requests Manager page, enable
or disable Shell Access Notifications which are sent
when shell access is granted or refused (disabled).
Enabling/disabling Shell Access Notifications
is available in versions 2.4 and higher.
